D.I.Y. Primer Potion

Oh my, eyeshadow primers leave such a hole in my wallet. Yes, they do make you use less eyeshadow and makes the colors look so much more vivid... but not everyone wants to spend 20 dollars on very little product!

Bare Escentuals has their primer, bareVitamins Prime Time Eyelid Primer (.05oz) for $16. And the the very popular Urban Decay brand has their primer potions (.34 or .55oz) ranging from $18 to $24!

So, to save myself some money, I decided to be a lil' experimentive while being snowed in. Made some eyeshadow primers with moisturizers and foundations that were around the house. One was an oil control one and the other for normal/drier skin. I shall add pictures soon enough for a tutorial type post. But for now, some pictures of swatches from my crappy camera phone.





The left is WITHOUT primer and the right is WITH PRIMER

Look how vivid it is! Even with a low quality camera. Wow.

Obsession

Hello, everyone.

If there is anyone out there reading this at all. I've decided to start blogging on makeup since I'm completely obsessed with it. Pretty soon, there will be numerous reviews posted up. There are so many products sitting on my desk waiting to be reviewed!

One of the main reason for me to start blogging and reviewing makeup is so that people don't have to regret buying new products. Also, I would love to introduce some products to people as well. A huge world of makeup to choose from.
